SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are aimed to be processed within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation. This can be delayed during promotional periods, season peaks and other occasions resulting in high number of orders.

International orders are aimed to arrive in 7-10 business days since shipment confirmation date, depending on the destination country's customs and postal service.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the destination of the package.

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties that may incur upon delivery. In case the package is returned to our fulfilment center due to a customer refusing accepting the package for any reason, the refunded amount will be deducted of the original shipping amount and 10% of the order value (excluding shipping fee) as a restocking fee.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number in order to monitor the delivery status of your package.
