RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY 

We want you to have the best shopping experience at AnimeDrip. If, for any reason, you wish to edit your order, reach out to us right after placing an order. Once we have processed and/or shipped your package, it is not possible to exchange until the product is returned to us. Therefore, make sure to choose the correct size and product specification before checking out.

If you still opt for exchanging the order for another item or a different size, please reach out to us and we will try to arrange it in case the desired product is still in stock. This is only possible once the package is returned to our fulfilment center.

Customers are eligible for a refund in case the returned product is in the same condition when received - unworn, tags intact and original packaging undamaged. We proof-check all products before they are shipped from our fulfilment center.

In order to be eligible for a refund, the package must be sent back to us within 15 days.

We do not accept returns for final sale items and pre-orders.

In case of returns, original shipping fees are non-refundable. The same rules apply to orders returned due to factors within customer's control (e.g. wrong shipping address provided, unpaid customs fees and taxes upon arrival etc.). In case the fault is on our side (e.g. wrong size/colour), a pre-paid return shipping label will be provided and a full refund will be issued.

In case an ordered item is out of stock, we will contact the customer and issue a full refund.
